The term "Event" referred hereinafter shall mean the Chess Competition, for which this Website has been built. The term "Event" referred hereinafter shall mean any sports Event/Competition, for which this Website has been built.

3. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THIS WEBSITE INDICATES PARTICIPANT’S AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

Participant’s use of this Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the Website including all applicable policies which are incorporated, with reference to this Website. If a Participant registers or transacts on this Website, The Participant is subject to accept to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction.

It is Participant’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates / changes. Participant’s continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that the Participant accepts and agree to the revisions. As long as the Participant complies with these Terms and Conditions, Miru Sports Academy grants the Participant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

Participant’s Account Obligations:

1. If a Participant uses this Website and registers as a Participant, the Participant shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Participant’s User Name and Password and the Participant shall be responsible for all activities which occur under the Participant’s User Name and Password. The Participant agrees that if The Participants provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete or not in accordance with the this Terms and Conditions, Miru Sports Academy shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of Participant’s membership on the Website and refuse to provide The Participant with access to the Website

Eligibility:

• The age and skill eligibility for this event shall be as mentioned in the prospectus provided in www.events.mirusports.com, it is the responsibility of every participant to read, understand and abide to the eligibility criteria mentioned in the prospectus.
• A Participant should complete the Participant registration process, by providing the minimal information required for registration, without which any Participant shall not be eligible to participate in this Event.

Payment:

While availing any of the payment method/s available for Event registration, at the Website, Miru Sports Academy will not be responsible for, whatsoever in respect of, any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the Participant due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction
• Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by the Participant and between Bank
• Any payment issues arising due to the Bank, during the time of transaction
• Decline of transaction for any other reasons

The Event registration process shall be considered to be complete only on successful completion of the payment process, through the respective payment mode opted by the Participant. In case of a failure, Miru Sports Academy holds the right to cancel a registration.
